Im Anschluss an die EM bietet der Bund Österreichischer Eis- und Stocksportler (BÖE) ein Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramm für Trainer und Betreuer an, u. a.:
- Gestaltung eines Jugendtrainings (Theorie & Praxis)
- Technik- und Materialkunde
- Praxiseinheiten mit BÖE-Trainern
- Erfahrungsaustausch mit Nationalteamspieler (Welt- und Europameister:innen)
Formation and training for Coaches
Following the European Championship, the Austrian Ice and Stock Sport Federation (BÖE) offers a training and continuing education program for coaches and support staff, including:
- Planning and conducting youth training sessions (theory & practice)
- Technical skills and equipment knowledge
- Practical sessions with BÖE coaches
- Exchange of experiences with national team players (world and European champions)
